We believe that beautiful flowers should be the focus of your bouquets and arrangements. We pride ourselves in using beautiful, high-quality blooms from the finest local farms and wholesalers in the area. We treat all of our flowers and foliage with professional products to keep them fresh and long-lasting for your event.

Meet Hylary & Jason
Co-Owners and Founders, Hylary and Jason Locsin, began making floral magic for family and friends in 2011. What started as something fun to do together quickly turned into a passion for providing beautiful, approachable florals and excellent customer service to clients all over Northern California.
Hylary and Jason are high school sweethearts and have been inseparable best friends and partners since they were sixteen. They got married in 2008 and have two adorable boys, a fluffy Australian Shepherd named Auggie and a beautiful tuxedo cat named Mew.
When they aren't flowering, they love to cook, travel and spend time with their family and friends.
In 2022, Jacquie Herrera officially joined the H & J team as partner and co-designer. Jacquie comes from a long background in the hospitality industry, and brings amazing customer service and design experience, as well as an incredible work ethic, to the team.
In 2020, Jacquie founded her own floral business, Just a Girl and Her Flowers, based in Southern California. Jacquie met Hylary and Jason through mutual friends in the industry, and, after freelancing with the H & J team, is bringing her talents to our clients full time.
Jacquie enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary, and their two adorable cats. In their (limited!) spare time, Jacquie and Gary love to travel, are avid foodies and adore trying new restaurants, and spend time with their family and friends.
